Deployment and Access Rights
By accessing the Fuji Data Intelligence hub, you enter into a binding agreement to utilize our data intelligence resources for legitimate business purposes only. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to view the strategic insights hosted on this domain.

Intelligence Asset Ownership
The methodologies, frameworks, and visualization logic presented here are the exclusive property of Fuji Data Intelligence. While we empower clients to harness our findings, the underlying proprietary algorithms and "Fuji Intelligence" branding remain our protected intellectual property.
Permitted Actions
Downloading white papers for internal strategy meetings, citing snippets with full attribution, and authorized API integration.
Restricted Actions
Reselling raw data streams, white-labeling our reports without a prior commercial license, or bypassing security protocols.
Code of Analytics Integrity
Our platform thrives on the accuracy of interactions. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity originating from an account is the sole responsibility of the registered entity.
Future updates to these conditions will be posted here. Continued use of the hub following changes signifies acceptance of the revised protocol. We reserve the right to terminate access for any entity found falsifying data inputs or attempting to disrupt the system equilibrium.
